Tina Tonkin has been working in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. She began her career as a group fitness instructor, teaching a variety of health and fitness classes. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and Fitness Management. During that time, she also received her certification as a Personal Trainer (CPT) and yoga teacher (CYT). As a fitness and nutrition adviser, Tina has been helping others achieve their health and fitness goals by emphasizing the importance of nutrition, exercise physiology, health optimization and proper lifestyle coaching. By incorporating her lifestyle coaching background, Tina creates a sustainable, full-spectrum approach to leading a happy, healthy life. Raised in Alaska, Tina loves all outdoor activities, especially snow sports! She has lived in Oregon for over two decades and continues to enjoy every opportunity she gets to connect with nature.
